"Absolutely great experience with this company. We thought we needed our vent pipe seal changed and called Willard based on the reviews here. I understand why they get such high ratings. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and she was able to get someone out in just a few days to take a look. The project manager James was great. He checked out the vent and let me know it's actually fine. Didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need, which was much appreciated. He was extremely helpful in explaining what else I should do to try to track down my issue. All 4 references DID return my calls and all raved about Roofer's Edge/Siding work and value. - Also, work crew included professional women which I appreciated. - Policy is payment at the end of the job when customer is satisfied. - Will definitely use again for siding and or windows given this roofing experience."

"LCT did an excellent job. They arrived right on time and had a large number of roofers--7-8 men. They worked quickly and carefully, draping the entire house and making an effort to watch out for plants (though some damage to them is inevitable). James, the salesman, recommended that we install plywood over the entire roof in order to be sure to get all the warranties on our Certainteed shingles. He showed me where they require less than a certain size maximum opening between roofing boards, and also showed me the many places in our attic where there were spaces larger than allowed. That added about $2400 to our quote, but seems like a good investment. They stripped the old roof, installed the plywood carefully over every roofing surface, shingled and cleaned up in one work day. They returned the next day to install a flat rubber roof on our porch, also very well done. While all their work was excellent, we were a bit concerned that many of the laborers traveled in the back of their vans--which had no seats or seatbelts. Nonetheless, the workers reported liking working for this company, and that they were well-treated. Luis, the owner, called us soon after to see if we were happy with the work. Nice work, LCT!"

"I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work done by Robert Evans Jr. Contracting. The price was fair, the work was exceptional. The crew was obviously very experienced and was very meticulous about their work. The crew chief kept me informed of their progress, any issues they found and how they were addressed. They did an excellent job cleaning up the entire site before leaving. Within a couple of hours of my initial contact I had a date for a visit to review the project and provide an estimate. I received the estimate later that day by email and was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable quote and timing was only two weeks and that it would be a two day job. The crew arrived exactly two weeks later and at the end of the first day all of the original roof was stripped and 80% of the installation of the underlayment, shingles and trim was complete. They finished on day two, and after they finished the entire crew did a site walk around looking for anything they had missed. I would definitely recommend Robert Evans Jr. Contracting for all your roofing needs."

"I had a jug of the recommended product, which Mr. Dexter used to spray the entire roof--not just the bad sections. He expertly corrected a downspout position to direct rain into main gutter. Two gutter covers were replaced with white-painted, seasoned wood, which were cut to the proper shapes. A deck board was fastened securely. Mr. Dexter plans to return to inspect his roof work. If additional roof treatment is needed, there will be no additional cost for me. [I had contacted 2 other roofing companies, which were recommended by Angie's List. One company did not respond. A 2d company gave a $930 estimate, which did NOT include spraying the roof for moss/algae.]"

"I contacted Cypress Roofers for an estimate on a roof replacement for my home. They responded to my message in a timely manner, came and looked at the job and then were prompt in providing an estimate. Pricing was very fair. Once I signed contract and timing was agreed on, the workers arrived on the set date. They were hard working, got the job done in a timely manner, were neat and respectful of my home, and cleaned up thoroughly when job completed! I was very pleased with the entire experience. I would definitely recommend them! I hired them again to repair my gutters after some winter snow damage. Again a great job completed! A plus job!!!"

"Crew was on time and very efficient. The removed all the old roofing and put up new underlayment and shingles. I gave quality a "B" because some of the shingles are not laying as flat as one ideally would like. Pricing was in the same neighborhood as another estimate and far below another estimate which was way high.

Since I am unable to climb up and check the roof myself, I am not able to see exactly what they did, but we have had 3 major storms since then and have had no leaks. They came when they said they were going to, they cleaned up. They were very neat and efficient."

"My roof got battled by Nor'easter, time came to replace all shingles. I already used once Secure Roofing to repair roof on a shed and naturally decided to give my business to Mike Tenehey Mike and his team were very responsive from the time of my first inquiry right though until job completion. The price was reasonable, and we scheduled work in a few weeks. Due to bad weather the work was postponed 2 times, but we were not in rush and flexible. The roofing team carefully placed tarp around house to protect flowers and bushes. The work of replacing 1000 sq feet of roof was done very professionally in about 6 hours, all debris and trash were removed afterwords. Mike also recommended a specialist and scheduled gutters replacement, so couple weeks later we also got new gutters. I am very pleased with this team and recommend Secure Roofing for other projects."
