"The first person came to do this job but left many pieces out of the installation. He did such a poor job of mounting the 55" TV that it began leaning lopsided! Gilbert came to undo all the first person messed up. Gilbert assembled and mounted my 55 inch TV on a large stand that he had to put together again correctly after taking down the awful job done by Diego. Gilbert had no problem with the complex instructions and did a fine job even going out to get screws that had been inserted incorrectly. Gilbert was professional and worked quickly. I would use him again without hesitation."

"<p>I contacted American Sliding Door to install pet doors in my sliding glass door and in the screen door for the slider.  I was so happy to have a local provider (I like to support the local businesses if possible).</p> <p>I knew I was going to have to replace the glass on the sliding door in order to have the pet door through the glass.  I found the price very reasonable  considering the glass replacement, screen door, and pet door hardware.  They are excellent quality pet doors.  </p> <p>The pet door in the slider comes with two flaps, one inside and outside the glass, this keeps the door insulated.  There are also magnets that hold the pet door closed from wind or airflow.  If you need to remove any of the magnets or flaps to help during the training of your pet, it is fairly easy with this pet door.</p> <p>Despite already having a screen door, the entire screen door needed to be replaced to accommodate the pet door hardware in the screen.  I find the quality of the new screen door much better than the original so I found the additional cost in the screen door to be worth it.</p> <p>The workers were extremely professional.  They offered to install the door shortly after everything arrived in their shop.  Everything came out perfect.  They took there time to make sure we were going to be happy with the end product.</p> <br />"

"All in all, very happy with Gary the sales manager and the installation team, Gary is a great guy! They were quick t to respond and come out for an estimate, we got a total of three estimates. Once we committed to Gary and ordered, the window and door were ready before time promised and the install team was efficient and professional. In retrospect, the window/door quality are good, even above average...but at one time, we were thinking of a very expensive, maybe wood frame, but those prices were triple+ the amount we paid. So in reality, what we received and price paid through this company, we got a great job done and above average quality product. Yes, we would highly recommend and use them again!"

"The owner , Daneil,  of Lock Genius was out of town but sent an affiiate ( who didn't work directly with him) over right away to assess our issue with door handle that would not work. The owner, Daniel was the nicest and most hard-working person I have probably ever dealt with for service/maintenance issues with our property or home. His affiliate charged $74 to assess issue and I waited a couple weeks for a call back to hear about what parts had been ordered and for a replacement but when I did not hear back I called Daniel and he went to work on it right away - the part was hard to obtain and he called may people to try to find a part but when he could not he figured out a way to use another part to work instead saving us  quite a bit of $ (replacement of door handle would have been $500-600 but in the end parts and labor by Daniel were only $174 more.) He even took a look at some othr things in our loft unit we were concerned about unrelated to the door/lock.  He was always so eager to help , kind and responsive by phone. I woudl highly recommend Daniel to anyone! <br />"

"The new livingroom shutter frame was constructed very badly and I had to make them rebuild and re-install it. The new bedroom closet door was hung very badly and again I had to make them re-install it as well. None of these guys noticed these blaring issues upon installation."

"The job went very well. I had the kitchen completely redone, new cabinets, floor, lighting, counter tops., paint , electrical work sink and appliances. Robert was professional, from start to finish. He took the time to explain the process and gave me a time frame for the work to be completed. He finished ahead of schedule. He was involved in all of the work. Hands on which I really liked. He offered suggestions when I had questions about the design but always let me make the final decisions. In short he listened. The cost of the project was fair and competitive. I got estimates for the job from 6 or more contractors, I went with Robert in large part because of how easy it was to talk with him and I always felt he was listening to my questions and concerns. "Being new to California, I was thoroughly impressed with Dave from Nor-Cal. <br /> He was on-time, extremely professional, and honored his very reasonable quote even though there was more to do than originally expected. I have the steepest roof in the neighborhood and should have been charged double the price for our gutter cleaning. <br /> I would absolutely hire them again and also for any other service they perform. "The vehical was picked and delivered within the a scheduled time, and the delivery driver was very professional. He even provided disinfectant wipes to clean the steering wheel, shifter, doors and center console. If I need another car transported I would definitely hire UFA again."
