We are in a time when customers are quick to complain and find fault with the quality of work that has been completed. I am doing just the opposite.Abry's team was professional, friendly and very helpful whenever I asked any questions and they took the time to carry on a conversation while they were working. Their work ethic and attention to detail totally impressed me. They put in nine piers and at the end of the day—I can honestly say that there was NO evidence they did any work. Everything was put back and it looked as though nothing was disturbed—right down to the mulch in the landscaped areas. Every one of the individuals I came in contact with at Abry Brothers was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Beginning with setting up a time for Troy to come out and do an inspection of the foundation. He was very informative and helpful in making a decision to do the foundation repair. Followed by the structural engineer who was also very friendly and went out if his way to schedule a time to meet me at my house. He was patient when I asked questions about the whole process and to verify where the piers needed to be placed. the secretary was great at lining up financing and answering any questions we had about the process. Finally, Marc—without question he was amazing in the whole install with his team. It was obvious that he knows what he is doing and so does his team. Set up the purchase and waited for response from vendor. I finally had to call the vendor after a couple of days to get things started, they called me back, set appointment for them to look at what I wanted done, gave me a price for what was over the 200 sq. ft. that was included in the package and scheduled a time for the work. They called the day before the scheduled work and asked to reschedule due to rain, I agreed to the change and made arrangements for the change of schedule. The agreed date and time was 9-11-15 at 7:00 am. The project supervisor showed up at 8:35 am on that day and the workers came at about 8:55 am. The supervisor got the workers started setting forms and then left to get supplies and do other errands. He came back about 2 hours later (workers now waiting on supplies). They finished the forms, the concrete truck came and they poured and finished the concrete. 

I am pleased with the overall results of the finished look however the cleanup of leftover concrete splatter (driveway, garage door, sidewalk, front door), the chunks of concrete left outside of the forms and the nails from the forms found on my driveway, sidewalk and in my yard I was not pleased with.

Overall the people that I had contact with during the job were very nice people and good workers and I would use them again.

"At the beginning, there was a problem when Mason Man's estimator cancelled my appointment a few minutes before he was to arrive. Since I was in a hurry to repair the sidewalk at my lease house, I requested that another person come out the same day. Mason Man sent another representative to meet with me on the same day, and they were able to schedule the work just a few days later. The crew even stopped to purchase donuts for me when they realized they were running late to my job. The sidewalk repair & other masonry work looks great."

"Jack McFee and his company is the best! He gave me a very fair price and his crew are artists! They laid a beautiful driveway, patio and slab for my trash cans. The driveway is a work of art. They expanded it to double the size and replaced cracked sidewalk and the apron. The patio is also larger so now we can put out a dining set and enjoy our parties. Not only did they do great work, they also cleaned up everything and replaced the grass at the end of the driveway where they dug out! I truly recommend them to everyone wanting new concrete at their house. You just wonâ t go wrong with Mid-Atlantic!"

"USA Floor-Tec did an absolutley amazing job on our driveway repair and stamped concrete deck repair. They went above and beyond to make the color and pattern match the existing stamped concrete. They also meticulously repaired and resurfaced our damaged driveway. All of the guys working on the project were very respectful and professional. Taylor who was overseeing the job was wonderful to work with. He communicated with us consistanly and clearly on the progress of the job and what we could expect. Taylor took extra time and effort to make sure that everything about the job was quality work, he also insured that all construction debris was cleaned up on a daily basis. After contacting numerous other "foundation experts", Willie provided the best plan and backed it up with his overall knowledge and certification/training in basement/foundation repair. He and his team do great work and take no short-cuts when it comes to the overall quality of the work. He also was very flexible when other requests were made and he gladly accommodated. He has a passion for his business, customers and takes great pride in his work. The basement and porch are now fixed and look great.
