"Excellently is how the project went. The original 1957 jankety looking step units, sunk and settled crooked in relationship to the house, ended up being a solid as granite. Chris Roberts's team was not slowed down. They had both out and rubble removed by mid-day. Drawings were provided to the team for the new step design and orientation. The forms were built exactly as described and concrete poured by end of the day. The next morning they were out to remove forms and float an exterior coat. Aesthetically speaking the entire project is way beyond imagined. Over the years various sections of sidewalk, concrete decking, and a pool equipment pad had been poured adjacent to the other set of stairs leading up to a backdoor no longer in use. Needless to say there was three different heights of concrete at the intersection where they were to pour. Somehow Chris's team was able to tie everything together making it look like it had always been."

"The foundation of our home was repaired/adjusted by FCS by the previous owners, and therefore was under warranty when we purchased it. We called FCS out about a year after purchase as we started noticing cracks forming in the walls and near doorways. Gerardo came out and took measurements and confirmed that adjustments were needed. We had such a great experience with this warranty repair, that we decided to use FCS to replace our badly crumbling driveway. While the weather caused schedule delays, Gerardo kept in contact until it was finally possible to begin the work. Again, the crew was professional and did an amazing job with the demo/removal and pouring the new driveway and four turnaround pads. They also graded the driveway so that it better fit the space and allowed our gate to close without issues. We had some minor concerns with areas that needed further cleanup, but Gerardo was very responsive and had someone out almost immediately to resolve. We are very happy with the new driveway and definitely recommend FCS! If we have future needs, we'll definitely work with them again."
