Joel is meticulous, conscientious, detailed, and if something didn’t look right, he’d make sure it was perfect before he left. He worked all day on a pretty intense project but wouldn’t leave until he was thoroughly satisfied with the outcome. He worked in a hot garage and attic. He came on time each day, worked until the project was done and we would hire him again in a heartbeat."
