"After another concrete contractor with many reviews did not schedule our job (twice) after giving me an estimate, I called Innovation Landscaping and Concrete. From the initial phone call to the completion of the work, this company is fabulous! Roberto, who answered my call, was very polite and was able to give a "ballpark" estimate over the phone for the size of patio. We agreed to schedule a visit for an actual estimate and they arrived on time. They were very thorough is discussing the job and were attentive to the work we wanted completed. The job required two appointments and on both days the crew arrived as stated. Roberto even called a few days prior to the first work appointment to confirm they would be out to do the work. The preparation work was great. They were attentive to the surrounding areas and formed the patio area just how we wanted it.
