"It started out so well--the price was reasonable I appreciated the fact that he told me I didn't need a new roof yet (which I expected). Instead, we were able to handle the repairs by replacing some severely leaking gutters. The problem was at installation - the workers were rushed, grim and unresponsive to even a friendly hello. They left nails on the patio and did not replace furniture when they left. AND they left behind a full box of gutter "elbows" which are still sitting in my driveway - months later (I fully expected them to pick them up but not a word). I have very mixed feelings about this franchised business - nice people, good intentions but they need to do some customer service training with their employees and make sure they pick up after themselves and perhaps even crack a smile. We planned to use them again at another house but have decided to find someone else instead."

He helped me get through the insurance process and was available when I needed to communicate with him. We also added on gutter service; they removed the old gutters and replaced with larger ones, and even added gutters to our detached garage. His team did an amazing job. "Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing.
