I got estimates from multiple places for French Drain install for our backyard that would oversaturate with water (due to design flaw on new build home property) and not only was Superior Landscaping most competitively priced, Troy was totally on the ball with getting the estimate to us right away and even calling to check in with us; whereas it took so long and I had to place multiple calls to get calls returned from other companies! "This work took place eleven months ago, but that gives us the ability to say that everything Kurt’s team planted looks great and is growing nicely, except one bush that is struggling, which Kurt agreed to replace without hesitation. We have been in our house for 22 years, and finally got around to replacing the crummy landscaping and walkway the developer put in. Distinct Landscapes installed a paver walkway, and a complete set of bushes, flowers and a crape myrtle tree. The work was done very well and within budget, and the crew distinguished itself by how well they cleaned up the site. The spacing between plantings to allow for future growth seems perfect. Most of all we like Kurt. He is low-key and friendly, offers solid, knowledgeable opinions when asked, and never applies any sort of sales pressure. "We needed about 35 trees cut down to clear our lot to make a nice outdoor living space. The trees ranged from very small to a few pretty huge poplars. Jose and his crew were amazing and I would definitely hire them again! They showed up on time every day and cleaned up when they left. "When they did the edges, I didn’t want them to put the bricks there. I wanted them to put a trench to separate where the grass started and the flower bed. I asked them to do it because I wanted it to look more professional and not like something crazy I did that wasn’t straight. It looks very crooked like something I would have done. The front they did well. I told him and he came back out and let him off the hook. He acknowledgeable that he could have done a better job. They didn’t’ put the extensions on the down spout far enough. So now I need to re-dig and make them lower or add more top soil above. They didn’t do a professional job as I would have liked. They were supposed to spray and a couple of days later I noticed that none of the vegetation was dying. I called back and they acknowledge it and came back out. They were responsive.    I tried to use them again but they were not responsive."

"The driver called about 20 minutes before arriving so that I could make sure I had my tarp laid out in my driveway ready for the delivery. When the driver arrived, he backed up to my side yard and dumped the stone exactly where I needed it. Very polite and professional. Also, there prices are the cheapest around, and the stone was great quality. I will be doing business with Mulch and Stone in the future."
