We make sure our customers are happy and comfortable throughout the process and all of their concerns or questions will be answered right away.
"DO NOT use this company. I went through Lowes to have a composite deck built. Working with them was an absolute nightmare. It took them 3 months to even START the job. I discovered the reason for the delay is because when they filed the permit (which took them 6 weeks to do), the contractor's license was expired. It then took them another 5 weeks to update their license in order to get the permit. They ordered and installed a completely differently railing style than what was on the contract/design, then blamed me for the mistake. Rather than ordering a new product, they cut the existing one to make it work. I am now 9 months post project, and the railing has warped, the deck is sloped, and the overall quality is horrible. Worst of all, turns out they NEVER GOT IT INSPECTED! I learned that Lowes had to fire them due to MULTIPLE issues with the company. I am thankful I have Lowes to help rectify the issues, but if i didn't, I would be pursuing legal action against them!"

"We learned about AVEC through friends who have a beautiful screened-in porch, and we later contracted AVEC to build us a new deck and screened-in porch. The whole experience was fantastic, and AVEC was very attentive to our needs and worked closely with us at every step. We now have a deck and porch that exceed our expectations in every way and is so nice that we are already spending much of our time there just enjoying it. With all of the professional touches (skylights, recessed lights, wall-mount stainless steel heaters, tongue-in-groove wood on the house wall and ceiling, Trex decking and wrapped columns, etc.) it really looks much more like an addition to the house rather than a just a standard deck/porch.
