Before their visit, my attic had no insulation at all, and now it has a full 15-inch depth as promised. Cody, the crew leader, and his team were careful, efficient, and genuinely friendly throughout the installation process. I particularly appreciated their patience and understanding when I was late letting them into the house due to losing track of time on a run, and when I forgot to leave clear instructions about locking up afterward. "The tools were not charged when they arrived, no pictures of chimney inspection prior to cleaning, and I had to request a picture of the chimney interior once the very quick (what they called a deep cleaning) was done. I would not recommend."

"Bottom line: I would hire this company again. Koala Insulation came and inspected my attic spaces with a infrared scanning tool. They looked at the level of insulation and found areas where the heat was penetrating more. They recommended specific actions and gave me a number of quoted options on the spot. I was then able to book the service within days of the initial visit. The technicians came and performed the service professionally and made sure to involve me where needed.
