She came over to give me an estimate, and after I scheduled a day, she sent me a confirmation the night before. She was punctual and I am very happy with the end result. The end result was satisfactory.  The living room and dining room were alright, however, a 72 year old candle holder was broken and nothing was said. The kitchen was poorly taken care of. The family room  and office were satisfactory.
The problem was the same as any other agency.  They are in such a hurry to leave that they are careless and do not treat your property with respect.
