"I called Lupe's Cleaning Service LLC based on the reviews on Yelp. I like the idea of supporting a small business, minority-woman owned. Lupe did not disappoint. This is a very professional company. The communication was excellent, they followed up with me after I inquired, and they sent me a reminder the night before the service. The technician, Lilia, was an absolute delight. She was very efficient and did such an excellent job, even my difficult-to-please parents were very happy and requested that Lilia be our regular technician. I am happy that I chose Lupe's Cleaning Service, and I hope this testimonial will convince the reader to book with Lupe."

"The women that cleaned my home, arrived on time, brought their own cleaning supplies, worked nonstop for 2 1/2 hours and left my home spotless and clean smelling. They even did my shutters and windows. Very professional job."

"They missed several areas that should have been cleaned, such as bottom of window sills, shutters, window areas that were later corrected with a razor and some “elbo grease”, underside of stove hood, higher up shelves in the kitchen, mold in the shower that was later corrected again with some Clorox, a razor and brush, and more “elbo grease”. Overall, compared to previous ‘deep cleanings of houses’ I’ve moved in and out of, this was a very mediocre job. Would not hire again."

"Very satisfied with the cleaning crew. They deep cleaned our kitchen."

"They were hired to clean, paint, and remodel bathrooms, office space, and large interior space which included electrical, plumbing, windows, and carpentry. All was high quality and finished on time."

"G & J provided excellent service all around.  They contacted me within 36 hours of purchasing a deal on Angie's List to confirm an appointment and were available to fit me in my suggested days which I wasn't expecting since I was giving very short notice.  They arrived right on time with 3 cleaners and went to work immediately.  I had purchased the $80 for 4 (man) hours of cleaning.  It was explained to me that they would be going a little over the time to ensure a good job since there were so many rooms.  They promised (and did) to keep the price aligned to the deal I bought of $20 per hour which was very fair.
When I arrived back at the house at their completion I was amazed at how great a job they did.  All of the floors (wood and tile), baseboards, counter tops, cabinets, bathrooms, windows, and closets were cleaned beautifully.  They even cleaned the exterior of some of the more prominent windows which was going above and beyond on their part since I had hired them for interior cleaning.
I would recommend G & J to anyone.  I will be using them again shortly myself for cleaning of the apartment I am moving out of and am heavily considering setting up regular house cleaning service with them.

"I used the Angie's List Big Deal Coupon, which gave me 3 hours of handyman services for $89.  That's really hard to beat.  I admit in the middle of the 3 hours, I was nervous, because everything looked a bit sloppy and messy, but the end results looked excellent, so I have no complaints.  The guys were prompt, efficient and cleaned up afterward.  I thought I had too much work for the 3 hours, but they finished it all under time and asked if they could do anything else.  It was wonderful - highly recommend!"

"We needed a post-construction clean-up of our new home. We have high ceilings, big and high windows. There was dust everywhere on walls, ceilings, etc. Elisa was very professional. She came over to give me an estimate, and after I scheduled a day, she sent me a confirmation the night before. She was punctual and I am very happy with the end result. She walked with me and let me inspect their work at the end. I will definitely recommend her and her team as they work very well, are reasonably priced, and very pleasant to work with. Will be hiring them again for more clean-up."

"..They spent a lot of time up stairs cleaning a bedroom and two bathrooms. The end result was satisfactory.  The living room and dining room were alright, however, a 72 year old candle holder was broken and nothing was said. The kitchen was poorly taken care of. The family room  and office were satisfactory.
The problem was the same as any other agency.  They are in such a hurry to leave that they are careless and do not treat your property with respect.

"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.
