"Luis Mercado was very meticulous and professional. He was very neat and tidy and cleaned up very thoroughly when the repair was completed. The repair took the whole day. the result is that where there was a pronounced crack on my granite countertop in front of the sink, it is now fixed and the crack does not show at all! I know that it is there I can see the repair but it is well repaired and polished so imperceptible by someone who doesn't know about the problem. Luis also cleaned and polished the opposite counter. The cost was reasonable and offered a very viable option to changing both counters which would have cost a lot more money. It was excellent value for money I highly recommend OC Marble for any type of granite or marble repair! Annie M"

"Chris came over to clean, seal and do a minor repair on my kitchen counters. Upon arriving, he told me my counters were Caesarstone and the little chips in it would be hard, if not impossible to repair. Instead, he offered to blend in the chips as best as he could, and did a really wonderful job.  <br /> He also removed the caulking around the stone and applied a matching grout. Everything looks fantastic. <br /> Chris was professional and very helpful throughout the process... and also convinced me to go with a natural stone for any of my future kitchen projects. "I cannot say enough good things about Eddie and Best Way Marble. Hands down, the best experience I've ever had working with a vendor. From the moment I contacted them they went above and beyond. Eddie started by doing a consultation on a Sunday morning just to fit my schedule. Once we picked out the stone, the sinks, and scheduled the timeline, it was all incredibly seamless. I didn't have to lift a finger and Eddie took care of everything! <br>I'm not the most construction savvy and Eddie walked me through everything. The demolition was completed in one day and when I returned home from work, everything was just as spotless as when I left. You literally couldn't even tell that they had been there that day demoing everything.  <br>The installation was perfect too. He scheduled and his crew was there on time and ready to go. They didn't miss a beat. It was completed in two days without any kinks and everything that he promised was delivered.  <br>Even at the end when I had trouble installing my outlets back into place, Eddie sent out his team and handled everything for me.  <br>I have to say that working with Eddie and his crew made construction enjoyable. "Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! The workers were extremely professional and I am so appreciative that they were able to fit me in within the week's timeframe that I required. Jacob and his team conducted a thorough pre-construction inspection, outlining possible scenarios. As it turned out, the issue wasn't significant, and Jacob honored his commitment. Workmanship - We were pleasantly surprised by the seamless coordination among the team. It was evident that they had been working together for quite some time. They treated our property with respect and consistently cleaned up after themselves. Quality - The end result surpassed our expectations, particularly in regards to the stone fabrication, which presented some complexities. They handled it exceptionally well. Timeline - The project was completed a remarkable 8 days ahead of the estimated finish date. Project Management - Jacob, the project manager, demonstrated exceptional competence.
