They have had keys to every one of my houses and sometimes do cleaning while I am out of town for extended stays. They even clean while my dogs are in the house. I used them for deep cleaning when I was selling my houses. They always make their scheduled appointments and their fees are reasonable, especially for the great job they do. They show up and work, no horsing around or eating lunch, everyone is polite and pleasant, there are always some of the crew that speak English well and they leave behind an immaculate house. I could go on, but you get the point…they are fantastic!"

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."
