"This is a very professional company. Everyone I spoke with were very helpful and quick with answers. My house is very old and the city required it to be decked over the 1x12 shiplap boards. The estimator dealt with the city and my insurance and was very quick on answers. The work was excellent and some boards were replaced that I thought I would have to do. I would recommend this company to all. If I need another roof due to weather, I'll call Lon Smith roofing. I had first called another roofing company that was advertised on the radio. I was not impressed with that company but knew I wanted to go with Lon Smith after calling them."

As a new home owner this worked very well solving a recent roof issue at my home at DFW area in which Roof Mount Attic Cover blew off due to strong winds. I was checking about this to my neighbors and was cautioned to fix it ASAP and I started working with roofing company's to get an assessment; 1]Linear Roofing Conveyed that there is roof damage and resultant leak due to recent hail in the area and asked to fail a insurance claim and work with them for whole roof replacement. I personally checked the roof to the best of my ability and did not see striking signs/ indication to convince me that roof is ready to be replaced, but I am not an expert to conclude that, so I was still with more questions and concerns. 2]Dwell Roofing and Exteriors Provided an estimate of $450 to replace the roof mount unit with free addons like seal, paint screws, but confirmed there is no Roof Damage / Leak to be worried about. They conveyed Roof Mount unit part will cost $250 and reusing the old vent cover may not be the best idea, but If I decide to do it they can fix it for $425. So a overall diff of $25 replacing the "whole unit" versus reusing the "old cover". Honestly, I didn't not understand the math. At this time I was still concerned about who's word should I go with, so checked with T Rock as suggested my friend; 3]T Rock Roofing Bob Nankervis from T Rock Roofing inspected my roof and conveyed that there is NO roof damage due to hail/wind and reused the old vent cover and fixed everything free of charge. What I was impressed is not free of charge, but his politeness in explaining my roof condition-> what may be the reason for existing some wear and tear and more importantly the care he showed towards the customer. I was convinced and was truly ready to pay $$$'s and checked with him about service charge- but he refused conveying that he just have to tighten few bolts and simply cannot charge for that. At this point, I knew who should I call/recommend next time when there is a roof issue."

Top of the line materials: shingles, and gutters. They reworked and stopped a roof leak on our screened in porch that the original installation company never could repair. They did a power wash of our cedar fence and restained. It looks brand new!! We enjoyed getting to know our Project Manager Desmond and his boss Ryan. "We had a complete roof replacement, gutter replacement, screen replacement, as well as sheetrock repair, replacement, and repair done on the interior. Roof replacement included new roof vents and flashing. The work was done due to a bad hailstorm. Ivan was very customer-focused and responsive. The quality of the work is great. When two small leaks occurred at two points of flashing Ivan was out on Saturday with a workman to fix the issue. (This is a common issue with new roofs.) He came on Saturday after we notified him late Friday afternoon and after we told him the leaks were small and not causing damage inside. After the gutters were replaced touch-up painting was done on eaves. The gutter work even improved the drainage system; a downspout was moved and a drain pan was improved by the front door so water no longer cascades on the porch when it rains. For the interior work, the workmen draped the area so that floors, cabinets, and furniture were protected. Clean-up was thorough inside and out. Everything looks great! Ivan is efficient. He sends calendar invites so that you know when the different aspects of the work will be done. When Ivan says the work will start at 7:00 a.m. it definitely does. Our repairs were challenging as Ivan and his crew worked around the recent rains. Our roof insatll was delayed a day due to rain. The gutter workers came back several times to finish the work as touch-up painting and caulking cannot be done in the rain. Ivan also texts and calls to ensure that you know what is occurring and to respond to questions or concerns. Ivan did a walk-through with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work. His quotes are clear and detailed. Pricing is fair. We would definitely hire New Elite Roof again! We would recommend them!"
