Although they were late getting here the work was still finished in a timely manner. They came back the next day to clean up and collect payment. "Great experience! Terry, the owner, came out and gave DETAILED estimate. Very reasonable. The next step was just stopping by their showroom (beautiful) and picking out the stone. They have a limited selection of granite on site, but we found exactly what we were looking for. They offer to go with you to select other granite if necessary. Great selection of how you want the granite trimmed with no upcharges. They told me it would be scheduled to be installed in three weeks, and it was. Terry pointed out things that we might encounter which was very helpful, such as possible tearing of wallpaper, light paint touch-up might be necessary. One of the most helpful hints was in picking out replacement faucets. Because of the granite backsplash, the angled drain stoppers would not have worked because there would not have been enough room between the faucet and the backsplash. Knowing this in advance, I was able to find faucets with the push down/push up drain, and they look and function beautifully. The two installers, Jeremy and Tomas, were exceptionally detail oriented; they put down cover to protect our carpet; had a large shop vac to clean up all debris. They were in and out in about four hours for everything, including demo! We used a plumber that deals a lot with Heritage to come in the next day and install the piping and faucets - that, too, was a great experience. Our bathrooms look updated and beautiful!"

"Perfection! <br /> The marble in my master bath was dull and water spotted. Black marble is extremely hard to polish and care for. David and his crew arrived promptly and started to work. This process took them two full days. They cleaned up and vacuumed at the end of each day. <br /> David explains in detail what he is going to do and the science behind what he says. He has researched and studied the art of restoration. His attention to detail and perfection is like no one I have ever had in my home. <br /> My bath looks as close to new as it can get. My white grout lines had yellowed and looked dirty. After polishing and cleaning the floor, they applied a platinum color epoxy on every grout line in my bathroom. This has made a huge difference. The floors and shower look fabulous. <br /> One area on the black vanity didn't look quite perfect so David returned and spent the entire day polishing until he was satisfied. He will be back in a few months to restore the slate on our patio. <br /> I recommend David and Bizallion floors with no hesitation."
