"Kevin's company replaced my brother-in-laws roof and came strongly recommended. My brother-in-law is still happy with the roof, so it seems Kevin has a great crew that does good work. Kevin was very responsive to my inquiry, came out, looked at the job (combination asphalt, rubber roof, skylights) and then sent his foreman to look at a portion of the roof that requires a rubber roof replacement. Kevin provided a quote that was competetive, but withdrew it a few minutes later after he spoke with his foreman and they felt uncomfortable doing the rubber roof work. This was unfortunate as they were surely in the running for the job and to lose a job over a small portion that would have been tricky, but totally do-able, is too bad. I appreciate that they did not take on a project that they were not comfortable with. I'm sure they would have done a great job and had no problem, as others have quoted on the project and have expressed no concern about that portion of the project, but they chose not to proceed which is OK. Kevin was great about explaining some different options and pricing and I would have been comfortable hiring him. First of all, communication with Joe was great, from the initial phone call to the day of the job and throughout the job. The crew knows exactly what it's doing and worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They took great care to protect our home and yard from debris as they stripped the roof. Perhaps most impressive to me was their cleanup: after they were gone, I looked long and hard around the property for any debris they might have missed, and found none!
