You hope you can trust them to have restored the integrity of your home when they are finished. Sun Home Improvement provided quality replacements windows that were a huge improvement. But what really impressed me was how the company stood behind their product and services. Had two problems. A window had been broken in shipment. It happens. They contacted me and said they had already ordered a replacement to install as soon as it arrives. Second problem was the patio door had a flaw in the glass that was not easy to see but cracked several weeks after installation. I sent them a picture of the crack. They ordered a replacement door and installed it with no hassle. Problems happen. What you want is a company that makes it right when problems come up. Sun Home Improvement is a stand up company that stands behind their work."

The crew showed up every day when they said they would and worked many long hours with high energy, focus & enthusiasm. The work area was constantly cleared of debris throughout the roofing process in a highly orchestrated and efficient manner. All personnel were friendly and courteous. The job was a large one and the finished product is a work of high quality and beauty. Would definitely hire again for a roofing replacement, repair, gutter cleanout or whatever else they do. "We had our New Roof installed by JK Home Imp. Extremely Pleasant experience! Andy (The Owner) came out for a Hassle Free Thourough Estimate that took approx 30 min.'s , unlike others we rec'd that Wasted 90 min.'s of our time. There Price was not the cheapest but was in the middle of the 4 Quotes we rec'd. Job was a Complete Tear Off and was completed in 1 Day !! I liked that they had a Dump Truck for removal vs a Dumpster or Trailer. Many ground Tarps were used to Protect our landscaping and clean up was performed with Many Roller Magnets. Could not even tell they were there upon Completion, WOW !! We are having them do our Siding and Gutters next. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND JK Home Imp. They did a GREAT Job. 5 out of 5 Stars !!!!"

"We had 180 contractors come out for a estimate and was blown away by how professional Ken was. Our old roof was only 9 years old and needed to be replaced plus the beam that was cracked that supported the roof. It was a bad situation because the people who did our roof before did a horrible job. We were left to deal with it. Ken explained the whole process and was honest with us from the start. 180 contractors made the situation 100 times better and we felt at ease. The crew came out and did the roof so quick! Coty was our project manager and he did such a wonderful job communicating with us! He answered all my questions and always got back to me! My husband and I were so impressed with the crew because they did such a wonderful job with the roof plus the cleanup they did after! What’s really cool is they take pictures while doing the roof. Nancy was so helpful with helping us with the loan we had to do. I would highly recommend 180 contractors!! Next time we have to do our siding we are calling them! Thank you so much!"

"What i wanted was a new roof installed as well as new gutters all the way around my house that i just purchased, the quote that i was given seemed ok but still a little steep for the size of roof i have, which is only 700 square feet or so.. They charged me almost 8 grand to strip the old roof and install the new roof which was supposed to include new gutters as well.. It's been a couple of weeks and i never got my gutters, i tried multiple times to contact them to see what was going on, mainly to get an estimated install date, i haven't recieved a message or call back for almost two weeks.. there right up of the estimate was very vague and poorly hand written, i even recieved a call from a guy at the office asking me how i liked the service and i told him that as soon as my gutters were installed then it would be A , sad part is that he acted like he had no clue as to what i was talking about when i mentioned the gutters and stated that they were not on the paper that was turned in to them.. this entail really pissed me off especially since i know what i requested at the very beginning and what was supposed to be included.. I'm not paying until the job is completed like it's supposed to and i get what I'm supposed to get.."
