"It is pretty unsettling when you allow a company to create a bunch of holes in your house to install replacement windows. You hope you can trust them to have restored the integrity of your home when they are finished. Sun Home Improvement provided quality replacements windows that were a huge improvement. But what really impressed me was how the company stood behind their product and services. Had two problems. A window had been broken in shipment. It happens. They contacted me and said they had already ordered a replacement to install as soon as it arrives. Second problem was the patio door had a flaw in the glass that was not easy to see but cracked several weeks after installation. I sent them a picture of the crack. They ordered a replacement door and installed it with no hassle. Problems happen. What you want is a company that makes it right when problems come up. Sun Home Improvement is a stand up company that stands behind their work."

"A-1 top notch roof replacement. The entire process was user friendly from sales and scheduling all the way through to the actual physical work. The crew showed up every day when they said they would and worked many long hours with high energy, focus & enthusiasm. The work area was constantly cleared of debris throughout the roofing process in a highly orchestrated and efficient manner. All personnel were friendly and courteous. The job was a large one and the finished product is a work of high quality and beauty. Would definitely hire again for a roofing replacement, repair, gutter cleanout or whatever else they do. I'm convinced that anything they do will be done with a high degree of precision and efficiency at fair and reasonable pricing."

"In 2011, JK install vinyl siding on my home. They checked all the boxes: Workmanship was great. Very courteous. Very punctual. Cleaned up afterwards. In 2023, JK installed a new roof on the same home. They stripped 2 layers of roof and install the new roof in one day. They decided my chimney was too wide and needed a saddle which they constructed at no cost. In between my two jobs, I recommended JK to my daughter. They installed new siding and a roof. I will definitely be recommending them again."

"They were friendly and quickly replaced our gutters. Main issue we had is they left a few nails on the roof, and in the work area. They came back to clean up, but there were still a few nails left behind."

"We hired Bob to install new vinyl trim. He responded to our phone call promptly, answered all of our questions, and gave us a fair and reasonable quote for the work. He followed up with us before the work began to insure what we wanted. Even though we wanted a job that was challenging he handled it perfectly. The job started on time, finished on time and we couldn't be happier with Bob and the work he did. I would highly recommend him to anyone."

"We had 180 contractors come out for a estimate and was blown away by how professional Ken was. Our old roof was only 9 years old and needed to be replaced plus the beam that was cracked that supported the roof. It was a bad situation because the people who did our roof before did a horrible job. We were left to deal with it. Ken explained the whole process and was honest with us from the start. 180 contractors made the situation 100 times better and we felt at ease. The crew came out and did the roof so quick! Coty was our project manager and he did such a wonderful job communicating with us! He answered all my questions and always got back to me! My husband and I were so impressed with the crew because they did such a wonderful job with the roof plus the cleanup they did after! What’s really cool is they take pictures while doing the roof. Nancy was so helpful with helping us with the loan we had to do. I would highly recommend 180 contractors!! Next time we have to do our siding we are calling them! Thank you so much!"

"The crew did a great job, was completed in less time than quoted to be complete. They cleaned up well around my yard. Bobby was very knowledgeable and Ron and the install crew did a fantastic job. They did extra stuff that was above and beyond the scope of why they were here, including installing a new porch light that I had purchased! Everything turned out fabulous and my new windows and siding look great!"

"They did a very good job on replacing our vinyl siding on our shed in Highland. Job was fast and efficient. The installers knew what they were doing."

"Fast work. Great communication up until trying to communicate with project manager. Was told everything would be completed within two days. The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". Sales portion and inspection went great. Fantastic everything up until the install."

After more than a decade in the industry, we kept seeing the same pattern: owners overpromised, underdelivered, and left both crews and customers scrambling. Too much energy went into marketing and lead generation—and customers quietly paid for it. That frustration is why we started Verified Roofing & Siding.\n\nWe’re built differently. We show up, listen to what you actually need, and inspect the project thoroughly—scope, materials, and measurements—so the quote we give you is accurate, honest, and designed to solve the real problem.\n\nBecause we keep overhead lean and skip the big marketing budget, you don’t subsidize ads in your price. You get fair pricing, careful workmanship, and respectful treatment from start to finish. Our goal is simple: when the job is done, the experience is so positive that you tell family and friends.
