"I usually do not provide reviews. However, Malik from M2Renovations went so far beyond what I expected that I felt obligated to provide a comment. The project was to repair the planks on the deck and the associated stairs. Unfortunately, the original contractor had failed to install flashing, leading to rot on the stringers and joists that was not visible before the start of the project. As a result, both the stringers and joists needed repair. To me, this was not only beyond the original project scope but could be covered by twining the existing joists? an easier fix. Despite this, Malik completely replaced all three stair stringers and several joists at no additional cost. And, perhaps for the first time, I had to negotiate with a contractor to pay a higher price as he wanted to stick to his original quote, which was still pretty low considering the additional time and material required. He was very responsive, answered all of my questions (and I tend to have a lot), and even played"

"This company was WONDERFUL!!!! Our old deck was not safe at all and being that it was 10 feet up in the air, needed to be replaced . We asked them to rebuild the deck with bigger posts and add stairs with a gate at the top that matched the railing. They went out and found hinges for the deck gate that matched the hinges we put on our fence. Little things like that, make a huge difference!!! Everything we wanted, we got....and more!!! We could not be happier....the deck is beautiful!!!!!! We will definitely call them to do anything else we ever need!!"
