Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! "The windows are great!  The sliding door I had a few problems in the beginning, which they fixed - the door would not close properly and they had to switch out the sliding glass door twice.  Although not sure if the seals are broken, I can clean both sides of the sliding door and it still appears dirty.  It has a lifetime guarantee.  However, I have tried calling the local number but it has been disconnected.  I have contacted the CastleWindows.com website in hopes they will find someone to fix the problem.  I will update this review with the outcome and whether or not the issue gets resolved.
