Oh, and there was a critter, possibly the skunk that was seen in the area, burrowing underground where there was a gap near my patio – ugh! I hired M&L because the quote was reasonably priced, and Leo was responsive, understanding and cooperative as my landscaping project evolved. The job he ended up doing included building a trench for the gutter downflow, re-grading the entire lawn, creating flowerbeds, installing a fence, doing concrete work (to keep that critter out!), and paving a small section of the yard to hold trash and recycling bins. Leo and his team showed up when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and with the greatest attitude – all of them were hard-working and easy to deal with. "I spent $65 for the startup and $65 for the shutdown, so $130 in all. He is timely and thorough. He noticed that I had some sprinkler heads and he used them and did not charge me for them. He was reasonable and he was telling me where I could buy sprinkler heads and he put them in for me. He noticed that there was one sprinkler hear that kept needed replacement, and he suggested that I move them."

After the initial estimate acceptance, irrigation team showed up as scheduled and installed entire irrigation system in a day. The lawn took some abuse in the process -- as expected -- but it hardly shows & the team was generally very careful to minimize damage as much as possible.
