"We are first time homebuyers and the house we bought needed a roof I had a few quotes from other companies but just wasn't the right ones. I found American Cool on Angi's list and when Orli reached out she was the only one who wanted to meet at our house to go over what needed to be done she climbed up on the roof and did her thing. That's when I knew we found the right company. American Cool Roofing did an amazing job! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free. Orli, the project manager, is truly outstand-ing--professional, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. You can tell they really care about their customers and treat you like family. I highly recommend American Cool Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and a company that truly puts their clients first! Affordable pricing!"

"They re-roofed my 3-bedroom house with skill. Under the old shingles was about 96 sq. ft. of rot. They excavated and rebuilt those portions with quality work."

"I recently hired All American Construction and Roofing, Inc. to replace the roof on my home, and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with their work. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was highly professional and skilled in their craft."

"They kept breaking the tiles on the roof they installed so they had to keep ordering new tiles to complete the job. The problem was they resorted to texting on occasion until they were asked to actually call us to resolve, which is not very professional. Our biggest concern is the solar installation. There were delays because they did not install the correct breaker. Now we found out that some of the panels are facing the wrong way and need to be re-positioned. We are unable to monitor the effectiveness of the system they put in even though they told us we would be able to. They're having trouble getting access to monitoring for us so they can see what is happening with our panels but we can't. They have continually asked for payment although they have not completed the job to our satisfaction. That was the same even when the roof wasn't completed they wanted payment. I would not recommend them to others. They were great at first but their responsiveness has been lacking and the work has continually gotten sloppier. Their demands for the payment have also become more frequent."

"Owner,Dmitriy is a nice guy but you'll only see him when he presents the contract and for progress payments--not supervising the job. Don't be in a rush to sign the contract.Ask him to leave it with you to read for a day.Be detailed about your expectations-amend if needed to make sure all is clear and all understandings are in writing.CA law allows lesser of $1,000 or 10% total project cost as down payment,no up front material payments allowed till delivered. Do not pay more. You'll deal mostly a project manager -at the job site mostly, but not always.Their "signature method" of installation may not be what you want. There were different workers in and out of rotation and we had to be there every day to make sure installation was done to our liking, otherwise, things were just done and had to be redone later. All the workers were very nice and want to please, but varied in their skill and experience. Caulking and painting was just satisfactory, not their strongest suit. We are left with some ugly areas of caulking that we hope we won't notice as time goes on."

"very good. They were very professional and the work was completed in a very quick and timely manner. They came inspected and gave a quote and came back the next day and completed the work."

"Tony and his team did a great job. We have lived in our home for over 20 years. Over the past 5 years I have used Bernardino Roofing for repairs and recon of our shake roof. He has always done up and beyond the call of duty. I finally saved enough money to do a complete re-roof from shake to comp.  Because our roof was 30 plus years old, we ran into a few unexpected problems. Tony kept me calm and reassured me everything would be fine. He delivered on his promise and did an absolutely fantastic job. I love our new roof and am very glad we used Bernardino Roofing. It is a friendly family business and I highly recommend this company. Tony worked with me on the money and delivered exactly what he promised. My wife and I could not be happier. If you need roof work done, call Tony. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

"Excellent work performed on historic 1930 downtown Lodi Church Building. The trust we put into hiring this company, having never heard of them, was highly rewarded! The end result was well worth the investment. If they are busy and their reply isn't quick, be patient in hiring them for your job. Their qualifications in getting the work done are worth the wait. It seems most roofers aren't in a position to provide the level of work California Roof Technicians provide."
