"This company is the best I have ever experienced! So responsive, professional and amazing! They responded so fast to us and they took care of the issue! The cusotomer service is the best! Usually these days customer support is not good but this company is amazing! "I'm very thankful I called Ace Ventura pest and wildlife control. I knew I was hearing something scratching in my bedroom closet, I just didn't know what it was nor how bad it was. Ace Ventura came out and found rats eating through my ducting, wires and insulation. Rick was great he took pictures and showed me what was going on as I was too afraid to go up there. He gave me much needed relief when he closed up the very large holes they chewed. His team also cleaned out my whole entire attic and replaced with brand new insulation, fixed my ducting and wires. He was on time and called me 15 minutes prior to arrival. He set me a 2 week follow up right away to check back. It's been awesome to solve my issues. Thank you Ace Ventura."

"I made an appointment, took off from work early but the guy no show. I received no phone call or what so ever. If I had not called the company, I wouldn't find out that my appointment was cancelled. It was scheduled the next day however. The guy showed up 30 minutes late and the service lasted about 20-30 minutes."
