"SWAT installed a radon mitigation system in our house as we are selling it and the buyers requested this after inspection. I had trouble getting in touch with other companies to provide the service and the other bids I had were much higher. SWAT answered their phone right away, gave me a quote on the phone (which was the exact amount I was charged) and scheduled to come out at my earliest convenience. The technician called when he was about half an hour away to let me know he would be there soon. He was courteous the whole time he was there. The only downside was that the installation took a long time, but that seems to be because of the dirt under our foundation that was difficult to dig through.
