"A+ John called in advance of arriving. He was punctual and very nice. He inspected the fan in the attic and inspected the pipe in the basement and the holes in the ground. He fixed the crinkled up tubing that goes into the pressure reader. He also readjusted the two lids that cover the hole in the ground and told us what we need to do to seal it properly because WES had installed this but not sealed it properly. Turns out the fan is working just fine for now. John explained how the system works. If we ever have issues we are definitely calling Pure Air. They are very knowledgeable and professional. The company responsible for the dehumidifier called PuroClean to deal with the water damage. The work went very well. PuroClean showed up on a Monday morning to deal with the emergency and we were very pleased with the work they did for us.The carpet had to be pulled up to dry and the floor underneath took longer to dry out.
