"The positive: Graves Brothers will provide a quote for PARTIAL Siding projects where most companies won't talk to you unless you need a FULL Siding project. The installation team was quick and did a nice job. The Cons: Deceptive Sales. Your Typical Residential Home Services contactor. I had a complete east side siding replacement quoted. There is a 24" "Jog wall" between the exterior garage wall and the living quarters wall. Their quote included photos that show this wall in one of the views. A second photo shows the entire length of the wall outlined that includes this jog wall, but they did not replace the siding on this wall. A conversation BEFORE the project work started questioned if I intended on having the wall replaced and it was agreed that it should have been part of the proposal. The installers DID NOT replace the siding on this wall. I asked for a simple $500 credit and was willing to settle for a $350 credit which was more than fair. The Salesman insisted that seeing the wall was not assigned a "wall number" therefore it was not included in their proposal. Graves Brothers displayed ZERO interest in coming to a mutual agreement on the discrepancy. Update 7/19/2024: After continued conversations, the Sales Rep finally conceded that after speaking with his installers, that the work WAS included in the initial estimate and should have been completed. I gave Graves Brothers the option of discounting the price or returning to finish the work. They chose to finish the work which is scheduled this week. IMO, Speaking to his installation team should have been done PRIOR to him taking a flat stance with me that they were right and I was wrong. Give Graves Brothers Home Improvements a 3-Star rating for (finally) doing what was right. The installation was done well and the installers were professional, courteous and cleaned up well. Just make sure you document all conversations and get them in writing up front."

"We needed an old roof replaced and we are glad we chose Stellar Roofing for the job. From the first meeting with their representative to the finished installation, everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Stellar kept us informed about each step of the process, from the delivery of materials to the scheduling of the crew. We were provided with photos before the job and given a complete explanation of all the work that needed to be done. After the install, we were provided with photos of the finished job. The job was completed in one day and the finished roof looks amazing. The crew did a complete clean-up of the old roof and a walk around inspection found no debris on the ground. We are totally pleased with the result and highly recommend them for any roofing work you may need."

"I hired them to replace my roof. They did a total tear off and replacement. Very fast and proffesional. They cleaned up everything and addressed all my questions and concerns. I will be having them back to replace my siding as well. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done for sure."

"My project involved replacement of some vinyl siding that had blown off during a winter storm. Trevor came to my home to work up an estimate, and was back within two weeks to perform the work. He and his assistant had the work completed in less than two hours. They were courteous and left the work site clean. He even removed some moss from my siding while he was doing the installation. The job was reasonably priced. I’m very satisfied and would recommend Trevor at Precision Renovations to anyone."

"Install door and bunch stuff. Was awesome. Highly recommend."

"We replaced our roof replaced and three skylights. The professionalism and attention to detail in every phase of the process were beyond expectations. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend them to anyone considering this kind of work. The cost was higher than some others, but for a job this important to the house the cost was well worth it."

"They did a great job and everything that was on my to do list Duane and his crew got do. They fixed a leak in my roof and repaired the drywall damage. Very respectful and professional. Thanks guys u were the best"

"tentative install date was given. called they had problems on commercial install would day or two later be acceptable? called them and discussed the job. had an estimate in hand in a couple hours. tear-down and install took less than three hours. we are totally impressed!! Great job guys!!"

"Wonderfully. John & Dave came out to quote the project and had their team on site doing the install 3 days later. Their pricing was upfront and honest. We didn’t feel like we were being “sold” on a product. They were honest, accommodating and they got the job done in record time. Can’t ask for better customer service. We would definitely use them again, but with their lifetime warranty, we probably won’t need to. Would definitely recommend Pitched Perfect to others for gutter solutions."

"The job was completed in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations. I was planning to apply two coats of spackling myself, but it only needed one coat saving me time. I also got good advise for techniques to make my job easy. I would hire them again for any drywall work or other home improvements for that matter."
