"The experience from beginning to end was very professional. Russell came by to look at my roof and then sat down with me to go over what he saw, what he recommended and next steps. I've never had my roof replaced before, so that's why I gave 4 stars on price because I don't know what is expensive or inexpensive for roofing. Infinity Exteriors was in between the other two companies that provided me a quote, but the professionalism and communication is what did it for me. Once I signed the paperwork, I was later assigned a project manager who would give me updates and call me to let me know when I would be expecting materials and a dumpster to arrive at the house. The project manager showed up the day of the project and followed up with me after completion to do a walk through before final payment. Overall, they did an amazing job. No complaints here!"

"We started the process of gathering quotes for a new roof last fall after a leak developed during a downpour. We called an Architect friend we’ve used in the past for his recommendation. Called that company and they showed up within the hour and did a temporary fix. We asked them for a quote to replace our 25 year old shingles. it was quite an eye opener. “How much?” We then asked a neighbor who just had their home done the year before and who is also in the building/construction business who they used. We called and was told “We don’t do residental anymore”. We asked who they would recommend and tried to contact that company only to find out their phone number was no longer in service. Had a few quotes from companies mentioned on NextDoor. Received three quotes very similar in price to each other and about 50% less than that first company. Now it was late November and we had to wait until spring hoping the temporary fix gets us through. Spring: Decided to get one more estimate because we weren’t getting the best vibe from the other three. We contacted Berg Home Improvements through their website and Nick called us almost immediately. Nick, who is very knowledgeable, has been a pleasure to work with through all phases of the process. We were giving a long list of Berg Home Improvement roof installations in and around Downers Grove which really helped in deciding what color would look the best on our home. Nick’s quote was in the same ballpark as the other three. Our new Berg roof was installed a few days ago. It looks fantastic! We are so very happy with how smooth it all went. A first rate crew with attention to detail. The clean-up was impeccable. A local company that has been in the business for over 60 years and of course there was Nick who made it all happen. "In 2013 I had my roof, soffit and gutters replaced by RidgeTop. That experience was very good, but that's what I expected from a quality contractor. In 2017, we had a windstorm and a section of fascia come loose. I reached out to the local rep and he had it replaced as a warranty repair. In April 2020, more wind and another section of fascia needed attention. I went to contact Ridge Top and found that they had closed their local office (St. Louis). Frankly, at this point I expected to be on my own. I went ahead and reached out to their main office in Madison, WI with my situation and a photo of the problem. I have to say the service I've received was spectacular. I got a prompt email reply and was told I would hear from their Service Department. The next day, Beau Crawley reached out and confirmed they would get the problem corrected. In spite of the fact that they no longer have personnel in my region, they made arrangements with one of the established, local roofing companies to replace the fascia. They came by, confirmed the color and replaced the section necessary so it looked consistent. Ridge Top earned this review by standing behind their product and installation. Every business is going to have problems. The way they responded to mine really set them apart and has been greatly appreciated."

"Great! Jerry’s team did a complete tear off and roof replacement and provided a ten year parts and labor warranty per our quote requirements.(see our previous review from 2017). At that time we reserved our judgement awaiting the test of time. Since then we had a couple minor concerns. First some dripping from our new skylight over the winter of 2018/19. Owner Jerry was helpful, responsive and whenever we made contact. That dripping problem we learned was only condensation during the 24-30 below zero temps we suffered. Nothing was really wrong. More recently, we found some shingles had raised edges at the ridges after high winds and storms. In both cases R K came out and addressed the issues with complete friendly professionalism. That’s why we give them all As and heartily recommend them. We believe they were our best choice for a new roof or repairs."
