"James and his team did a good job on renovating our whole house. Before choosing James, we compared a few companies. We made our mind to use his team because he made us feel comfortable to work with. We are 1st time home-owner so finding a contractor who has the patience for us and the knowledge to walk us through decisions when buying materials are very important. James is the one met our requirement. We have 5 bedrooms 2 baths. It took about two months and half to finish because certain materials we ordered did not arrive on time. During the renovation, there were unexpected issues that James discovered, but he was always able to figure out a solution that falls into our budget. "Day after Christmas, 2 days after major storm. The main drain backed up and I was unable to clear. Called around and finally found Promen. Diego answered and was here within 30 minutes. Everyone else was next day even with my emergency. Diego came, diagnosed and cleared the pipe within minutes. They were half the price of everyone else and here WITHIN 30 minutes!!!! A+++++!!!! "I have used Rob C Construction previously on my townhouse renovation for his professionalism and honesty. I am single woman and find him knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. The kitchen tile came out beautiful on the floor and he repaired a leak as well. Also he tiled, painted, spackled my downstairs bathroom. It came out gorgeous. Other repair work were outside railings, secured deck, repaired concrete front steps. I am satisfied with his work and will continue to use him for other projects. He is honest and trust worthy and not just out there to make money. As a woman, I highly recommend him. He explains your options and treats with you the upmost respect.
