TG came in and fixed the roof plus tore out the old deck and replaced it...plus an addition to the deck and build a new roof for the deck. Several times after All Above having scheduled the Concrete Trucks, Labor, Pump, etc I would have to once again ask to push things back. 4 times this happened and I felt terrible about it. And there was ZERO hint of the Office Scheduler feeling put out. That is RARE. For me it is. Through the process of the initial quote, the price, the followup, the numerous questions that arose from the engineer, contractor, myself, . . . Numerous - Denis not once failed to answer my call or promptly respond. Rare indeed. Ruben the owner is Kind, Communicative, Humble, Accommodating, Family Man. And he has put together one Heck of a Team. And ultimately, the hard work, and the Intention, the Attitude, the Care, and yes the craftsmanship. Concrete can be halfway done like anything else. And like a lot of things, A lot can be overlooked if One doesn't know or isn't aware. Homeowners Especially . . . "We decided to remodel and upgrade our vacation home kitchen and family room, but with the mess and turmoil we had just gone through with remodeling our kitchen and bath at our home, we were not looking forward to that again, so we contacted John at Sandy Run Construction and arranged for him to go to the other sight and take care of the job so we were not living in the mess. The job consisted of taking a wall out and re-arranging the kitchen with a new tile floor throughout, new cabinets installed, granite counters with bar, cut out ceiling with fan and moldings, finished walls and painting to complete. "I recieved a call that they would be able to come earlier than scheduled and wanted to confirm with me that it would be ok to do so.  Upon arrival got right to work.  First started on the deck roof, then gutters, house, finishing up with the sidewalks and driveway.  They worked continuously to get the job done in a reasonable time line.  When complete both walked around the house and cleaned up anything that needed to be done.  I was very pleased with the work and with the professionalism showed by this husband and wife duo. <br /> I had not had any of this type of work done for over 7 years so this place was pretty dirty.  The cleaning agent used was amazing and worked wonders on the dirt and grime.  I have noticed no adverse affect on any of my flowers.  I like the soft wash system for a couple of reasons; it is in keeping with my efforts to go green as much as I can; and it did not damage the house or peel paint etc.  My house is over 20 years old so too much pressure could have been a problem. <br /> I am a totally satisfied customer and will definitely use this company again. <br />"
