"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

TG came in and fixed the roof plus tore out the old deck and replaced it...plus an addition to the deck and build a new roof for the deck. Wonderful work, very nice to work with and did not try to charge and outrageous amount. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks for a great experience!"

"Hiring Mr Travis to repair my 11 yr. roof that had begun to leak was a rewarding experience. He is very personable and honest as far as I could tell with today being first meeting. He came prepared to work the day of interview! He showed me places in other rooms that leakage was beginning to show thru. Iâ m so thankful other calls to roofers were unresponsive! The red shirt guys that installed my roof said they didnâ t repair roofs! I guess time will tell if fee was reasonable. Being an 83 year old woman Iâ m handicapped in this area. "Carlos and his assistants did great work. We were repairing a 50 year old large barn that needed rotten wood replaced, posts replaced, blocks replaced and block joints repaired, a lot of siding replaced, many holes in the tin roof repaired, gutters installed, rafters repaired, floorboards replaced, outside steps to the upstairs, and painting the whole exterior. Carlos was excellent at spotting problems with the building, communicating them, and coming up with solutions. He worked quick and efficiently and was reliable, always showing up when he said he would and was good at communicating (through text mostly and the occasional phone call). He did a couple extra repairs beyond what I asked him, just because he saw they were needed. He knew what he was doing and what products were needed. To save me money, I bought the materials which was fine with him. I would say his only weakness was in developing a detailed materials list before the project started. He knew what he needed but putting down details on paper wasn't his strong point. He and his helpers were courteous and friendly."

"We contracted in late December for Roofing Inc. to install a new Interlocking Roof. Once we finalized the deal it took about 2 weeks to have the materials delivered and work to begin. On the first day of the project the front of the house was stripped of the old roof material and about 1/4 of the new roof installed. We were impressed that there was very little refuse in the yard and the amount of work that was accomplished on the first day. Of course everything can't go right with any project, in conversing with the crew chief I did not mention that we live about 14 miles from everywhere. Also the salesman did not inform him either. We were unable to be here for the first day and when we did speak with the crew chief, he said that they nearly ran out of gas and did not have lunch the first day. We felt really bad about that but that set back did not effect the professionalism or diligence of the crew. On the second day they completed the installation of the front roof, removed the old roof on the rear and prepared the bare unlayment to weather the rain due the next day. We weathered the storm with no leaks. Thursday brought the sun and our new roof. It looks great and the craftsmanship is excellent. i would recommend Roofing inc and the Interlock roof for anyone that is looking for a roof that will last a lifetime."
