"We had 3 different companies (1 general contractor and 2 concrete companies) come out to look at our property and talk to us about building a stand-a-lone garage and/or concrete work for the garage. Then Bryan Hudson from Superior Buildings discussed the job with us. He was the first person who really knew the grading issues involved due to the slope of our property, including tree removal, temporary fencing for our dogs, and a retaining wall. Bryan was aware of county codes and gave us a rough cost estimate based on photos of our property. We decided it was worth the $100 cost to have Bryan come for a site visit to discuss the job in detail. After receiving a written quote we signed a contract and work began in February. After delays due to rainy weather the grading and retaining wall were completed. We also had to adjust the building size due to county restraints for our property size. The concrete work for the garage was completed in March and the steel building was ordered thru Superior Buildings. Part of our project was to widen our driveway at the street but as we looked at the existing driveway we decided to replace the whole driveway. This driveway replacement was completed in April after the building was on order. When we had trouble getting a sod company to finish the final grading and install new sod, Bryan helped us out and completed this work for us. We are very pleased with the completed project and would highly recommend Bryan Hudson and Superior Buildings. Communication is critical for a project of this scope. Bryan was accessible and responsive even on evenings and weekends. He was very patient with us and respectful of our concerns. It is obvious that he loves his job and he simply has too much fun with his machines!"

"My experience with Atlanta Flatworks And Foundations Company was fine.  There were no problems.  The person who came out understood what I wanted.  He knew what he was doing.  He was really nice.  He gave me an estimate but wound up leaving the company.  The owner then called me up a month later.  He wanted to come out and give me a new estimate.  I thought it was pretty good of him to follow up.  However, he hasn’t come yet.  I dropped the project for now.  I do plan on contacting him later when I’m ready.  There was a delay from their end in giving me the first estimate however; they informed me about the delay so I’m not upset about that.  I would contact them in the future."

Josh was on time, gave me a reasonable estimate, and worked efficiently. He even came back to repair some tread marks left by my postal worker who did not see the caution tape.

I considered doing the job myself but Josh saved me from using some of the quick dry repair concrete they sell at Home Depot. He was knowledgeable and quite personable. It was a pleasure working with him.
