This is the third time Jerry has done repairs for my house.  He is always professional, prepared, and personable. When I called, since it wasn't a crisis, he came as soon as he had an opening.   He came and assessed my old hot water heater, determined it needed to be replaced (it was 15 years old).He explained the problems and options to me. He installed a new one, changing some of the old plumbing to meet current requirements, and as always, cleaned up.

After explaining to them about some possible problem areas in the ground (large tree roots and rocky ground) they were able to work around them, and completed the job by late afternoon. I'm a retired licensed (PA) home improvement contractor and very fussy. This company, compared to other bidders, was the most processional in the way they handled the bid (very competitive pricing even with an upgrade) when looking at the project, then doing the job, invoicing and follow up letter thanking me for the business. "Creig was extremely professional and responsive.  He got everything done on the list (which grew by a couple of items during his first visit to the home to provide an estimate).  Due to the urgency of getting the home ready for professional photos and listed for sale, Creig agreed to perform the work on a Saturday, even though he already had one job scheduled that day.  He stayed until 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, in order to get the work done.  I will definitely call him again for any home repairs!

"Mr, Murillo and his worker did a good job and left the area clean. They relocated the irrigation valve which was very close to the side of the house and installed a box in the ground to store the standard irrigation wire.They also poisoned a tree stump. Mr. Murillo was very helpful in answering any questions you might have had. I appreciated the work they did."

"Tom and Steve did an excellent job on our master bath remodel.  They were always on task.  Stayed with the job.  Showed up at the same time every day.  They made great efforts to keep our carpeted stairs clean as they went up and down.  They did a good job protecting our hardwood floors as well.  Their work was great.  Everything looks great.  The tile work is excellent.  The finish work is excellent.  They stayed on contract.  Because their bid was so close to the actual work to be performed, there was very little overage as far as cost went.  I felt secure with them in the house.  There have been a couple VERY SMALL things that have come up since they completed the job which is totally to be expected.  They came promptly to remedy the situation at no extra charge.  I would and have recommended them to other friends.
