They stayed till basement was cleared and said they would return in the next day to finish job. Showed up on time as scheduled and finished beyond my exspectations.i cannot say enough about this company. Truly deliver what they promise. From sales staff to the installer. The master plumber worked efficiently and professionally and the job was completed in a few hours. The cost was determined from a standard table in a notebook but does not take into account the complexity of the job or whether materials are supplied by owner. Since I supplied most of the materials (plumber supplied valves and pipe and drain fittings) the price seemed rather high for around 3 hours work. However, I've had no professional plumbing work done recently and thus have nothing to compare it to. The plumber was very pleasant and professional and the work of high quality. I have no other complaints."
