Our overall project started on time and ended on time and throughout the process it was easy to collaborate with Ryan. With every challenge he had a satisfying solution. He was always transparent regarding cost and any budget risks. He works with a predominantly subcontracted model, and this does come with some aches and pains. I did find it especially useful to plan time in the morning between 7-8am to check-in and get aligned for the day. In spite of the subcontract model, Ryan personally sees through every detail right down to the final punch list item. He wanted to make sure that upon completion of the project we were 100% happy, and was willing and able to re-work a few aspects that didn’t quite meet his or our standard. We are thrilled with the outcome of our project, and grateful to Ryan and his team for making our home design a reality."
