"Simply put, a flawless process from beginning to end! When I experienced a hail storm on 01/07/23, the only thing I knew to do was contact my insurance company. I wasn't sure if I had damage or not since I wasn't climbing up on my roof. After getting an appointment with my adjustor, I knew I needed to contact a roofing company, but who? "In Nov 2022, I hired JC's Residential Roofing & Remodeling to replace my entire roof, damaged by hail. In addition they did some minor wood repair and painting. They also replaced my entire gutters also covered by insurance due to hail. John the owner was there at the start of the project and Curtis was always around or near to support. Both communicated well via text and email or face to face. I was impressed that they were able to perform the Roof replacement within 3 days of us talking and in-between 2 rain storms. It took 1 1/2 days to do the entire roof. All work was done professionally and Curtis was responsive to questions I had.
