"I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic. I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor. Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples. Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted. I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it. Eric was attentive to our timeline. "Sub standard workmanship. Left a half ton of AB debris and broken concrete debris on my property and refused to remove. Estimate cost to remove will be between $250 and 300 on me. Slab poor had exposed rock from failure to tamp the wet concrete which resulted in exposed rock all sides of slab when forms removed. He had his labors com back next day and patched them. I am fairly sure there are a lot of air pockets in my footings."
