"I was happy with the work First Class Coatings recently did in installing the epoxy finish to our garage floor. However, when the owner came by to inspect the job, he pointed out a very slight color/shade difference from one side of the garage to the other. I could barely see the difference even with him pointing it out to me. Nevertheless, owner Eric Marks insisted on sending his crew back the next morning to redo the entire job. It came out perfect. Eric did not charge us a penny for that do over. My wife and I are impressed with our new floor, and especially the business ethics of Eric Marks."

"Hired Lucky’s Concrete for my sidewalk and they did such a spectacular job! They are very professional! I will definitely recommend them in the future. The work was done promptly, thoroughly, and the clean up was excellent."

"He was amazing. He did a really good job. He was the best contractor I've had. He is clean and professional."

"HGC/Andrew, The first thing I must focus on is his customer service ! I have found it is VERY rare these days to find a contractor who takes the time to communicate. And we communicated a lot! Andrew took on a job and it turned out to be quite the challenge. He never wavered his guarantee to make it “right “. I do know it took him a lot more hours that he had anticipated. I can’t say enough about him and all the hard work he put into our project. I would highly recommend him for any of your concrete work. Thank you Andrew. It was a pleasure doing work with you."

"They did a great job at a fair price"

"The projects that Joe has done for us have gone almost without a hitch.  Like I said before the house is not square and that made for a vision that I truly do not have."

"From start to finish working with Louis and his team was great. The finished product looks great, and we have no complaints. The individuals who tore off the old roof and installed the new metal roof were on time and went straight to work, kept everything picked up and clean at the end of each day. anytime i had questions Louis was available to answer them in a professional manner. I would highly recommend them for roof replacement."

"Sub standard workmanship. Left a half ton of AB debris and broken concrete debris on my property and refused to remove. Estimate cost to remove will be between $250 and 300 on me. Slab poor had exposed rock from failure to tamp the wet concrete which resulted in exposed rock all sides of slab when forms removed. He had his labors com back next day and patched them. I am fairly sure there are a lot of air pockets in my footings."
