"The roofing job was done in a week and it was done on schedule. I looked at 5 different roofers and Spencer's had the best presentation and the work was done well."

"Several years ago, I had a leak in my roof and being new to the area, I interviewed 5 roofing companies. I was most impressed with German Roofing and had them do the repair. Then last Fall, I had a couple of other leaks in different areas and they recommended that I do a complete roof replacement. They just finished it and I am 100% satisfied with their work. Their customer service is excellent and they did a great job and I highly recommend them!"

"Walter and his team from Sunguard Custom Painting did a fantastic job on our home. They repaired our weather damaged stucco, primed, painted and made our house look beautiful! All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and professional and took strong attention to detail to ensure we were fully satisfied with the work they completed. They were very clean and didn't leave any mess for us to clean after, which is a big plus! It only took 2 days to fully complete the work, which we were very impressed with. I highly recommend Sunguard Custom Painting. I would definitely hire them again in the future."

"I highly recommend John Donahue and his crew for doing the expert quality work they did on sealing my roof with their liquid rubber sealer. The final texture and look were fantastic and made our roof look like new! John was a real pro in inspecting and evaluating the problems and had wonderful communication skills in explaining every aspect of his suggestions on his solution to use for a cost-effective price! The team of workers was prompt, friendly, and did great work in such a timely manner. Real pros who also did nice cleanup work after the finish of the job!!! I plan to use them again for other home improvement projects because they have been one of the best experiences I have had with home subcontractors!"

"James came out the day after I contacted them, checked out the issue on my roof, and gave me a reasonable quote with an option for a sealer. The team came out the next week and completed the repair as agreed. Professional and efficient. I highly recommend them."

"New roof needed on my porch. They came earlier than anticipated and completed the job in 3 hours. They were totally professional. Cleared out the old stuff with no debris left on the ground. If I ever need another new roof, I definitely will call them. I only paid them what they estimated. Thanks guys. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who asks me."

"Their range of contracting services covers several common property needs, including painting projects and roofing work."

"Excellent service. He showed up to our scheduled appointment on time. I had quite a few repairs needed to my tile roof. Even went the extra mile and repaired joints on the wood corners as well as securing a few other parts. Price was reasonable. Will definitely hire him again to completely redo my roof, as it’s due to be replaced soon. (Before and after repairs) He did a great job!"
