"My hat is off to Sacramento Valley Roofing and gutters. I had 5 companies come to my home and give me estimates and all were competitive. However Ramon the owner of Sac Val, was the only one that actually told me that my roof was in good condition except for the facial boards which you could tell needed replacing and some soft spots that meant there might be rotting underneath but couldn't be totally sure. He explained that the roof being almost 20 yrs old and it might have to be replace soon and then let me think about it. I did and knowing that it was going to have to be replace now or later especially if I sold the home that I would have to do something about it. So since the facia boards needed help and the chimney was real bad from whom ever replaced the roof quote ,unquote before I bought the home I decided to hire him and his crew for roof replacement. I was a good price and I believed in his honesty, the crew was great and a job well done. Love it and Ramon was awesome."
