Once the job was completed Joe return for a final inspection and even went around with a magnet to make sure all nails were picked up. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process. Any minor tweaks required or requested were met with prompt action to ensure the project was completed to expectations. We recommend URS for any exterior renovations. TY."
