"The guy called me I think an hour after I placed the request. He tried to come out the same day after his current job but a thunderstorm rolled in so he came out the next day and gave an estimate. He then showed up the day after that and fixed all of the problems as far as I can tell (only some real bad weather will tell me otherwise and I haven't had any yet... but logically he fixed where the leaks had started) He was inexpensive.... and even found a caulking issue around my chimney that was leaking also but was not visible from my attic or ceiling and caulked it just out of common courtesy free of charge since he was already up there."
