"Dan did an excellent job communicated both before and after the work. He was very flexible on the day of work as some prep was required prior to old.appliance removal and new appliance installation. I'm very satisfied with his work."

"Brian is incredible. Yale Appliance declared my six year old Thermador range unrepairable and I was woefully shopping for a replacement when I received the recommendation to call Brian. He was fast, fair, and ingenious in saving my range. And the fee was so fair … he saved the day."

"He was on time and able to come out very quick. Initial fee to come out and then charges service and parts but the price is very reasonable. I feel like I could call him again if I ever had another appliance issue and have total confidence that he will be fair and honest. Highly recommend!"

"Ice machine in freezer wasn't working - parts had fallen out and it no longer made ice.  He wasn't sure if he could repair it and was set to order a whole new replacement, but he was able to put it back together and showed me how to do it as well - saved me time and money.  Nice guy, prompt service and fixed the busted ice maker :-)

"Communication with customers needs much improvement. The planned dump trip has not happened. Pickup of payment for work done has not happened. No idea if/when the next service (grass-cutting and/or dump trip) will occur."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
