"We were looking to renovate just the shower section of a custom bathroom that was done 16 years ago. We went to the Bay State Bath showroom, as like so many others, we saw all the commercials, so we wanted to check them out. We actually met Jennifer Bylo while there, and we arranged for a home visit by Mike Doucie. Mike was excellent and professional, and friendly in his approach with us, and listened to our thoughts and provided many suggestions. He drafted a proposal and a layout for us. We then went back up to the showroom to really examine the products. We were sold. The team that arrived were super friendly, efficient, professional and easy to have in the house. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product, and are so happy with the way the new shower features blend in with the existing flooring and cabinetry. Five stars to the entire team, from start to finish!"

"Final bathroom looks excellent. The team was easy to work with and friendly. Work start date was delayed due to damaged shower unit, which was ordered and arrived broken. Once shower stall arrived, work went fairly quickly although there were some pauses. They were really good at the end working through punch list of unfinished items. Our job didn't have some of the details worked out at the beginning so we had to rethink some of it on the fly. The final result is an amazing transformation.

"I hired Starbuck to do some remodeling in our pool house. They were prompt in suppling us a quote and scheduling the project. Roberto has great to work with. His team put up internal walls using shiplap, added a bar to the pool house and special molding. The team worked a long day, worked very well together and were in good spirts the whole time. They did the job in about 12 hours. Roberto stopped by the next day to assure all went well. I was very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them."

"Joe and his team are a pleasure to work with. Since buying our house 3 years ago, he has been our one stop shop for all our projects. In the first few months they installed counter tops, installed a backsplash, installed a new roof, painted the trim and installed all new fencing three years ago. We reached out again this spring and they replaced our driveway, installed a new walkway and front steps. They fully gutted 2 bathrooms with amazing flooring and tile work. We then reached out after that and they replaced all the cedar shingles, repaired and painted all our trim. They also removed and replaced our back deck. There is nothing I wouldn't ask Joe and his team to do. His employees are respectful, polite and do a great job cleaning as they work. Joe personally understands what needs to be done, the right product to use, AND has very fair pricing. An added bonus has been Joe's eye to design with great suggestions for styles and materials."
