I live in remote area and it is very difficult to find that kind of work to get somebody to come especially for a real small job and the guy came out and he was very gracious about the whole thing and just handled and done in a day and I couldn't believe it. "Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"

The ones that are more hidden they didn't bother to wrap or caulk correctly. Called the office and they said that if they "fixed the issues" it would be more damage. Never have I been more disappointed by crap customer service."

I specifically remember Mike telling me that he'll be there to answer/help until the project is done. I reached out to Tyler (the project manager assigned) and shared the picture of the broken door. He right off the bat refused that it happened and after I shared the picture he said he'll come and inspect it in person. That was 2 weeks back and hasn't been any follow up. I only went with United because I knew an employees. Even though united was most expensive quote (but comparable work) from other roofing companies. I was hoping for a good experience and hire united for other work like siding replacement."
