Jaime communicates highly over text and email. When I asked for video updates, he was great about sending videos and he was also very specific about the work being done in each video. When my wife and I came on-site, his team was very professional and safety was paramount from all the gentleman that worked in our home. They wore masks, respected all boundaries, and they cleaned up each evening. "Years ago, I had removed all the wallpaper off my bedroom walls & painted it. I suppose I had missed the paper off one wall & I thought it would be easy to peel it off myself. It was coming off in tiny little pieces and it became such a mess that I called Joe to get an estimate to fix it. His estimate was $235 to seal it, do a skim coat and paint it. This was much better than another quote I had of $600+. He came with two other guys, one of which is his brother-in-law and they finished in two days. I have used Joe before and again, I was satisfied with the job. He is professional, reliable and communicates well with his customers. He is Just Right! I love looking at that wall now and not getting stressed out about it!!"
