"Great experience from the first time I made a request on HomeAdvisor. Leo called me within 5 minutes to inquire about my service. He came within 2 hours that same day to give me a free estimate and determine what work including all the permits needed to be done. I picked a relatively short turn around time to complete the work which included upgrading from 100 amps to 200 amps and taking out and installing new box and outside circuitry. Leo gave me a written estimate, itemized and emailed it to me and work was done within a week. When his team arrived they were on time with all of the necessary supplies and started working. One of the most details I saw in his work was that he was there at the work site the entire time making sure his crew was doing everything right and completing the work on time. It was about 7-8 hour job and Leo was there the entire time. I was impressed with what I saw I decided to ask for another task which included another light fixture in front of the garage because I knew he would do a good job. Leo and his workers are good, honest and dependable."

"We haven't begun the project yet but the preliminary discussions have been very positive."

"This was the second time using South Shore Plumbing & Heating they installed a tankless water heater for me in March. 2020 and today Nick located and fixed a pin hole pipe leak under my house cement slab. From the time Nick started to make his first cut in my Sheetrock he used a level to make sure he was cutting a straight line ( thatâ s a professional who take pride in his work) when he drilled to open up my slab he made a small hole that was right where the pipe leak was. Cut out the bad pipe and installed new section of pipe no leaks and Nick re- cemented the hole closed and clean up all the debris. Anyone who needs excellent plumbing or heating call South Shore Plumbing and Heating ."

"John was right on time, knew his business, did the install in a timely fashion, and the price quoted over the phone was the price we paid. Very happy with the work performed and would recommend and use again."

"Repairman, Andrew, came and located the problem. The ignitor had burned out, so the burners would not light. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."

"Included in the price of the 50 gallon water heater I needed was the plumbers picking up the new water heater, transporting it to my home, navigating the steps down to the basement, and taking away the old water heater. All for the price on the receipt for the new water heater. What Mr. Simpson charges for is the installation of the new water heater and the peace of mind that comes with having a master plumber do a masterful job. Articulate, polite, and efficient, he made me aware of everything he was doing every step of the way. He is obviously a person who takes pride in his work. Mr. Simpson's work comes with a guarantee to amend any problem that arises. A guarantee I have not needed to avail myself of, but appreciate nonetheless. I am thoroughly satisfied with the job he did, and recommend him as an honest tradesman."

"Ken did an outstanding job installing our new furnace and chimney liner. Ken had previously done several smaller plumbing jobs for us, giving us great confidence that he?d do a great job installing our new furnace and liner. He didn?t disappoint us. You can tell that Ken takes great pride in his work, and we felt that at every turn, he went above and beyond for us. He carefully thought out what needed to be done, and he patiently explained his plan to us. Ken worked well into the evening to get our heat on as soon as possible. He kept us up-to-date on the progress, and when the installation was complete, he took the time to explain how the new system works. Ken is a pro. He is personable, knowledgeable, hardworking, even-tempered, responsive, and dependable. We will continue working with Ken, and without any reservation we highly recommend him.
