"It was easy to communicate with Manny, and his emergency repair to my leaky happened so quickly, even for the end of November. He sent pictures of the roof hours after I first contacted CL Exteriors, I was quite surprised! I am recommending his business for repair of the entire roof and also the roof replacement of the other 2 buildings in our condo association. He promptly checked them out and sent estimates for the association to review. I am very impressed with CL Exteriors."

"Nick was extremely busy but took time to come introduce himself and look at the job. He replaced some rotting boards on the house and around our woodstove pipe. He did excellent work and came when he said he would be there. I will recommend him to anyone else who is looking for a builder."

"When another contractor did not show up or return calls, Jack came to the rescue! He worked my project into his schedule and put my mind at ease. In addition to tiling my bathroom, Jack installed a new sink. Jack is kind and professional, a must-hire kind of guy!"

"It took a couple of weeks to schedule it. He came when he said he would. I'm not sure if I would use him again. He has some barbecue business on the side and it seems like he is more interested in the barbecue business than his construction business. He was very personable. He did lose my phone number but people lose phone numbers, that's not a big deal. There were a couple of problems that were really hard to solve and he just seem to use a lot of ingenuity in figuring them out. He didn't just say, I can't figure this out. There were several of the problems that really required some thinking, some planning and just problem solving, he was good at that. He didn't just say, I couldn't get this done, he worked at figuring it out."

"They finished the job, but following spring after snow melted garage ceiling started leaking again and drywall they used to fix the spot is falling apart."
