"Ashe & Winkler Restoratiion came to my home and reviewed the various options for roof replacement materials and made recommendations based upon my criteria. I opted for an upgraded Timberline Ultra HD asphalt roofing shingle by GAF along with installation of a roof ridge vent. In addition, I asked for a separate bid for replacing the house gutters. Their team provided me with all the necessary information with no pressure to make a decision. I did take my time and received bids from other roofing companies but none of them provided me with the level of detail in both the materials to be used as well as the bid itself. The crew that installed the ridge vent and re-shingled the roof were thorough and did a good job of cleanup with only minimal damage to my front yard shrubbery. Ashe & Winkler followed up with me in-person to review how the installation went and provide me with guidance on what to do in the event that there were any future problems. The crew that replaced the gutters were just as efficient and thorough. They were extremely thorough about cleanup and I found no damage to my lawn or landscape. Overall, it was a great experience work with Ashe & Winkler. Although they were not the lowest bid, I was extremely satisfied with their no-pressure approach, their level of detail in their bid, the quality of their materials, and their method of installation. You get what you pay for, and I definitely think these guys are worth every penny!"

"I had had a piece of roof facia edge tore away in a big storm in April. I had our roofing company come out to replace it and was assured it would hold. 8 weeks later the same piece tore away in a windstorm again. The roofing company said if they put it up again, it would be the same price and would be put up the same way. I called Triton Exteriors who agreed to to replace it for about the same price and so far it has held up through a couple of strong storms. The installer said the previous piece was not cut and secured properly. Thank you Triton for your excellent service."

"I called Coldstream after a hail storm damaged the roof of our commerical building. Part of the roof is flat but there are 3 corner towers which are two stories high and pitched shingle roof lines. First contact with Coldstream was Julie. Very professional and quick to respond. she took the information and arranged for project manager, Ricky, to inspect the damage. Ricky sent me multiple pictures showing the damage to shingled part of roof. He was also honest and up front that the flat part of the roof was not damaged. He did an excellent job picking a comparable color of shingle as the original color was discontinued. Ricky kept in communication when install crew would arrive. Crew arrived, made the install and left the ground around the building very clean and undisturbed. Even my 3 retail tenants were happy with the installation. "Our roof needed to be replaced following the May 2025 tornado in St Louis. The job in itself was not super complicated, but there were many moving parts including dealing with the insurance, handling solar panels, etc. These guys did an excellent job, and I would work with them again if I had to start all over. They were particularly good in handling the back and forth with the insurance, and the whole project was completed in a very reasonable time. Most houses in my neighborhood are still waiting for a new roof..."

"We had an excellent experience with Orf Exteriors. They put on a new roof for us in November 2023. Communication was excellent through every step. Chris came out to talk with us, listening to our desires and advising us. He provided us with his bid in a very timely manner. We were kept informed with each step--when the materials would be delivered and when the work would start. The crew did an excellent job removing the old roofing, installing the new and cleaning up. The job was completed in 2 days. Chris came back after the work was completed to check on things and see that we were completely satisfied. There were a couple of things to get wrapped up and Chris continued to check in until everything was complete. After the conclusion of the work, Chris told us to call back if we ever have any concerns or questions. We would definitely use Orf Exteriors again and recommend them to everyone we know."

Mark answered many questions his first visit and even looked in the attic to assess the roof from underneath. We had a 30 yr old shingles over the original 20 yr old roof; 2 layers. He quickly came back with the quote, showed us the products and explained what new innovations have occurred since our last install. Had financing options for us to look at and all his preparation led us to using his company. The loan only took 5 minutes to approve. The crew was fabulous and the cleanup was exceptional.
