Get matched with top sump pump repair or replacers in Saint Charles, MO

"The company had a person in the area and sent him to give a a diagnosis of the problem with our sump pump and an estimate of the cost to fix it. This was 2 days ahead of the scheduled appointment. However we got a cheaper estimate from a company we have done business with before."

"I needed to replace my parents' 40 year old AC Condenser and coil, and replace it with something that worked with the new furnace my father got installed four years prior. They were able to do the work requested, and also offered to redo the furance installation as the previous company installed it right on the basement floor where any backup/water could possibly get into the system. They were very prompt and showed up on time/on schedule. They were very upfront about costs and pricing and there were no last-minute price changes or hidden fees, which I appreciate. Work was done well and they ensured that everything worked before leaving the job site. The gentlemen working were very professional and understanding. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to replace their HVAC or to correct work that was previously poorly done."

"I saw them in the neighborhood, so I got their details and they gave me an estimate. They were re-repairing a crack from 20 years ago. They did their work and cleaned up afterward. I waited until after 3 or 4 serious rain storms before this comment. The basement still dry. No seepage through the cracks. I should have called them a long time ago."

"Technician was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done to replace a sump pump and moving some of the PVC drain pipe. Everything was completed to my satisfaction and in the time estimated."

"Patrick was extremely kind and very professional! We moved into our first home and we were not able to use our new laundry unit due to our gas piping being old and outdated. We are so very thankful for the fast response and the amazing work! Thank you so much!"

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. The three men I worked with were all very professional and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again. Phil Lykens"

"2 friendly guys that did awesome work. Transfer switch works great and it's nice to see them clean up when done. I would definitely use the tiger again for electrical work."
