Great, effectice team to perform all facets of a majorvwater damage mitigation in one day. Antimicrobial spray on the studs. Weekend of six large dryer blowers and two giant, calibrated dehumidifiers. Within a few hours after the Broadco team completed mitigation, the room began to smell and feel a lot better. Brenda and Leslie had everything sanitized and boxed up.or bagged in less than two hours. The emergency services director, Bill, spent a half a day working, planning, leading and thoroughly documenting the damage. Sergio, Alex and Zach kept an amazing eight straight hours focused on the water damaged room tear down and clean out. They work very cleanly. Greatful for the entire Broadco team's.high value water damage work."

"MHI repainted my house in the fall of 2016. They initially did a sloppy job while going 40% over the initial estimate. But in October 2019 they came back out to fix some problems with the earlier work and to perform some additional work at a very reasonable cost. The crew that originally painted my house is no longer with the company. Bill's crew performed the work this year, and did a much better job. Bill will have a prominent role in MHI going forward, so I am confident they will be a very different company than the one I dealt with in 2016. I'll likely have Bill's crew repaint the interior of my house when this is done in a month or so. While I gave the 2016 MHI poor grades, Bill earned all A's."

"Charlie did an excellent job painting my home.  He took great care in making sure that paint did not go where it wasn't supposed to go.  He also painted the panes on my multi-pane windows, taping off each section of window before painting.  I have a very tall roof and he spent a lot of time on his ladder (not an easy chore).
I have used Charlie in the past for electrical work, hauling and various handyman chores around the house.  Each time he arrives promptly and takes care of everything for me.  He will go out of his way to help where needed which is greatly appreciated.

He explained how the drainage system should work and showed me the main drainage tile once it was exposed. He showed me the new drains for the window wells and explained how they worked, too. I understand so much more about water control around my house now. The crew worked really hard and got the whole job done in 1.5 days. Everyone was friendly and courteous.
