"Last year Northland Fence installed a tan vinyl privacy fence for my 1 acre lot, replacing a rotted cedar fence that was falling down. I was really impressed by the post design as a means to anchor the fencing without future rotting issues, and it saved lots of installation time versus the older cement process. This was a huge fence, and they completed in two days of work, and the fence looks great! Fast forward one year later and strong winds this year have knocked over 6 x 30-foot trees from my neighbor's yard into my yard, damaging the fence in multiple places, bending posts and breaking side panels. Tim came by to perform the repair last week and the fence is completely restored to previous condition in about 2-3 hours of work. You could not tell that so much damage had occurred except for some cleaning that I need to do. While onsite, Tim also addressed some sag in installed fence doors with very well-built diagonal braces and adjusted the doors to being square. He was polite, professional, and delivered great results - represents the Northland Fence brand well. Strongly endorse the fence solutions from Northland. They build beautiful, well-constructed fences that enhance the look of your property, and provide great support for their installed solutions. "Craftsman helped us with our modern farmhouse remodel (built in '78) by installing 10+ Marvin fiberglass windows & doors (2021) and installing James Hardie board/batten siding, black gutters, soffits, and fascia (2023). My only complaint is with the office staff who did not seem to communicate with the installers and were fairly terse in their communication with me. I was told to pay the installers who were surprised to hear that and would not take my check. When I contacted the office, they sent me a very abrupt invoice and letter demanding payment."

"The installation of the fence went just fine. They gave us a two hour window to be home for installation and arrived and completed the installation on time. Training was more difficult to schedule conveniently because they were so busy, but we completed the lessons during week 2. Jennifer was a great trainer with good rapport and a lot of patience and enthusiasm working with our dog. My only complaint was the installer only had black collars and we have a black dog which would make it very difficult to verify collar on and off. Jennifer brought a much better selection and we were able to get a nice sturdy, bright pink collar for Bailey. They offer a nice referral reward (free batteries for one year), so be ready with your referral contact information."

"Everything was great.  Only minor issue was that Barak is so gung-ho on his work that I had to hold him off while my rescreener was finishing some repairs. There were some minor hiccups in final details  and weather that made it take a couple of extra days, but Barak was flexible, as was I.  Overall, the end result was well work the price and the wait. <br />"
